Every community needs rules to live by, and that's where Covenants, Conventions and Restrictions (CC&Rs) come in. These are important policies, regulating such things as permitted activities, parking, and exterior maintenance, that will keep Glen Loma Ranch a beautiful, peaceful place to live.

We're developing the CC&Rs for Glen Loma Ranch, and when they're done, we'll send them to the California Department of Real Estate for approval. Once they're approved, we'll post them here. You'll want to take a look because CC&Rs are binding agreements, and you should consider them carefully when deciding to purchase a home.
