What type of retail are you proposing for the town center?

A:

There are no specifics for the Town Center portion of the project as of yet. When we have further details, we will send out an email blast and update the website. Also note that Town Center is scheduled to be developed in the later phases of the project.

Q:

Are there any plans in this development for senior homes? What are the price range and square ft. of some of these homes going to be? Will there be any one story type of homes? Many seniors in the bay area are watching the gilroy area for these types of homes.

A:

There is a senior project planned for the later stages of the Ranch development (after 2012.) It's too early to be able to offer any details.
